Copyright Notice

 We will not use copyrighted material in projects that are for sale. All materials (photos, video, picture files, music files, etc) will either be owned by the customer or ourselves, or have permission given by owner to use the material. This permission must be in writing, or by email. Any work we do will belong to the paying customer. However, we do reserve the right to limit replication of the CD projects. If there is any duplication, we expect to be paid for it. We will duplicate any CD for a minimal fee. We do insert copy protection onto any CD product we develop.
